NO REFUNDS  AND NO RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT BEFORE CHECKING OUT!!!

Please know that our extensions are virgin hair/ raw hair that is not processed (no chemicals) which means your extensions may come in different shades of brown. This is not considered receiving bad product, it simply shows our hair has not been processed to a specific color/ shade.

Shipping Policy

We want our customers to experience Yoki Extensions products as soon as possible and we will do our best to ship all products promptly. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, as placed. Orders are typically shipped within 2-7 business days. Orders placed during the holiday seasons shipping takes up to 3-14 business days. 

All orders are subject to inventory availability and order verification which may delay shipment. Please be sure to provide accurate billing and contact information to facilitate the order verification process. If we are unable to ship your order for any reason, we will notify you are soon as we are aware. 

We cannot edit any information NO EXCEPTIONS! 

Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided. Please allow up to 2-5 business days for your tracking number to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. 

We are not responsible for any carriers scanning and processing time. Once a shipping label is created it is dropped off within 24 hours. Any packages that are lost or stolen you must contact the carrier and file a claim with them. Yoki Extensions is not responsible for any damages once items are shipped.

If for any reason your package was returned back to sender, you will be able to request to pick up at store location or re-shipped.
